Gods command to forgive, God has told us to forgive.
Easy to say!
Not so easy to do.
As a child I had a lot to face.
I had a lot to overcome.
I had a lot of question and no answers.
I often asked God why me?
What was wrong with me?
Was I really so hard to love?
The answers did not come back then.
Time moved on, the years went by.
Anger became my best friend.
I met God on a deserted beach.
As I contemplated death at age thirteen.
Ive learned a lot from God since then.
Ive learned God has a plan for my life.
Ive learned to forgive.
Ive learned that I do not want to forget.
Without the events of my past.
I would not have the inner strength that God has given me.
I could not be the person I am today.
Ive learned that love in stronger than hate.
Without pain and anger, I would not have compassion.
There would be no peace in my soul.
I had to live through my past.
In order for me to know; that I was never alone.
These events in my life brought me to God.
